A couple of weeks ago I came across an interesting post on my buddy Neil Patel. Neil is one of the most successful online marketers and entrepreneurs I know, so when he speaks, I listen.
The message is called the 11 rules work by, and he basically shares the tips he learned along the way to build her online business. Here is the first:
Rule # 1: never fly alone
Google, Apple, Groupon, Zygna and Microsoft are just a few examples of companies that are doing very well. Do you know what they all have in common? They were all founded by several of the founding members of the band.
If you want to get into the business, do it with someone. Flying alone can sound great at first, but things can get tough, if you do not have a co-pilot. That way, when you are unsure of what to do when things get tough you have someone you can hear.
The main time is the co-founder of is when you start your business. This is usually the time where money is tight and you can't afford to hire, even though there is a ton of work that needs to be done.
